Receptionist
On Site in Denver, CO
Pay Rate : $20-$25 / hourly (W2)
Ideally the candidate would start by Dec 9.
This is a part-time position, 32 hours a week is expectation.
This is not contract to hire, but long term contract, as in I don't have an end date necessarily.
We do not have parking, nor do we reimburse, so candidate is responsible for that
Responsibilities Workplace :
Assist with our Denver office and adhere to all office related responsibilities, policies, and guidelines. Sit in the reception area answering doors and buzzing folks in when need be
Ordering and stocking all office, kitchen and food supplies for the week
Assisting with visitors, onsites, team meetings, etc.
Assisting with our badge process in maintaining and getting folks badges
Employee Support : Provide general support to our employees on all office related questions through a variety of support channels including live requests and electronic service requests.
People Teammate : Stay closely connected and aligned with our broader People team specifically IT and Facilities
Reception : Greet all employees and visitors as they arrive onsite. Complete all COVID procedures, if required, and assist folks with general office related questions or concerns.
About You
Experience in an receptionist / office manager / administrative assistant role partnering with all levels of the organization
Keen sense for organization, office aesthetic, and drive for providing a calming and pleasant working environment
Excellent communicator and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach, who is adept at building trust with others while promoting inclusivity with teams.
Highly accountable and organizationally minded individual who is skilled at process and project management, and who can carry many simultaneous initiatives forward and prioritize fluidly as needs change
Possesses and demonstrates a growth mindset, the desire to learn and continually improve, and to help others do the same
