As an Exterior and Interior Component Development Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing premium vehicles' exterior and interior components. Our client, a large EV manufacturer in Newark, CA, is seeking a talented professional to join their team.
The responsibilities of this position include developing and designing center consoles, leading the full design phase from concept to production launch, and ensuring all geometric requirements are met. You will also interface with various stakeholders to develop optimal design solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have 8 years of experience as a detail-oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead, knowledge of automotive industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies, and experience creating complex CAD models in CATIA V6.
