We are seeking a motivated EntryInsurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $37,000 to $40,000, with top performers having the potential to earn up to $100,000 per year through our competitive commission structure. Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• 
  Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License prior to starting.
• No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a BONUS - not required to apply.
