Key Responsibilities
- Review weekly maintenance reports to assess productivity and efficiency.
- Validate monthly financial data to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and proper documentation of variances.
- Analyze Executive Summaries for consistency and accuracy across all sites.
- Oversee staffing levels and assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance reporting requirements set by property owners.
- Negotiate national contracts to leverage collective purchasing power.
- Provide training for new Facility Directors and staff as necessary, ensuring compliance with educational and certification standards.
- Guide Facility Directors in the development of 5-year Capital plans, addressing immediate action items as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to confirm adherence to maintenance policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of operating budgets and owner approval documents.
- Facilitate the execution of contracts following Vice President approval.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records at each site.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff at all locations.
