We are currently seeking Commercial Relationship Manager tto join our Commercial Lending Team.
In this position you will:
- Be responsible for developing a quality commercial customer portfolio and managing the customer relationship. This also includes underwriting, structuring and closing loans and achieving sales objectives.
- Participate in marketing strategy for commercial loan origination.
- Prepare loan packages that meet the bank’s underwriting standards.
- Monitor and manage delinquent credit in the portfolio.
- Develop business and community relationships and participate in community activities and organizations to increase the bank’s visibility.
- Recognize opportunities and make referrals for other banking services and products.
