The Senior Manager of Credit Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring the creditworthiness and quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio. This leader is responsible for overseeing credit analysis, documentation accuracy, and compliance while providing strategic direction for loan collections and recovery efforts and contributing to the Bank’s credit policy and strategy. By developing and maintaining an effective credit administration program, the SVP ensures the integrity of lending activities, adherence to policies, and supports the overall health of the Bank’s credit operations. This position also offers an opportunity to lead the Special Assets team, ensuring an effective Collections programs. This leader is also responsible for attracting, coaching and developing, and retaining a high performing team.
