Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate takeoff and pricing of work, including direct and indirect costs;
- Direct estimators working on bids and manage pre-bid schedules;
- Contact, compare, and select subcontractors and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of field construction experience;
- Minimum 3 years as a full-time Road/Bridge/Marine estimator;
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Heavy bid estimating software;
- Experience with computerized takeoff and/or design programs.
