We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team, who will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex multimillion-dollar fast-track, complex heavy-civil, highway, and bridge projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
- Develop and implement effective project management plans, including CPM schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams;
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures;
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including JV partners, owners, subcontractors, designers, and other key project stakeholders;
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements:
- A four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training and experience;
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, HCSS HeavyJob, Vista, CAD, P6;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly;
