ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team and help bring bold creative ideas to life for our industry-leading clients and the Midnight Club NY brand. This person will help manage the flow of creative and production work, help manage key client relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly from concept to execution. • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project workflows, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.
• Project Scoping & Budget Management: Quickly and accurately develop cost estimates, workback schedules and key milestones for incoming client projects.
• Creative Production: Partner with clients, internal teams and external vendors to execute best-in-class creative projects that match the Midnight Club NY ethos.
• Client Relationships: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional communication, and translating their needs into actionable creative solutions.
• Design & Presentation: Aide in the development of internal and external presentation materials that visually and verbally communicate our ideas effectively and on brand.
• Strategic Oversight: Work closely with leadership to align project goals with Midnight Club NY’s vision and values.

ABOUT YOURSELF

• 4-8 years of experience in project management, creative production, or related roles within a publishing house, consumer brand, start-up, or creative agency.
• Experience developing presentation decks and materials with a design-forward approach.
• A portfolio or body of work demonstrating an understanding of the creative process and project execution.
• Track record of delivering outstanding results in client-facing roles.
• Organization & Leadership: A proven ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping yourself and your team on time, on task, on budget and above expectations.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.
• Design Fluency: An eye for aesthetics and proficiency in industry-standard tools, incl. Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Google Docs/Slides and Powerpoint. Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing software is a bonus.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing creative environment.

• A pay range between $80K - $114K. This represents the low and high end of the pay range for this role. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
