Credentialing Manager (Contract to Hire)

Location : Fort Worth, TX (Onsite Monday - Friday)

Job Description : We are seeking a Credentialing Manager for a contract to hire role. This is an in-person position requiring a dedicated professional to manage credentialing processes and supervise a small team of credentialing specialists.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Oversee the new hire process and complete required online trainings.
• Observe and improve credentialing processes by working closely with and supervising credentialing specialists.
• Lead the credentialing committee, supporting and supervising three specialists.
• Approve timesheets, manage time-off requests, and coach employees.
• Participate in Gallup StrengthsFinder assessments.
• Utilize Intel iSOFT credentialing software and potentially manage an RFP for a new system.
• Maintain proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, and UKG Pro for timekeeping.
• Analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel formulas and create dashboards.
• Ensure accurate credentialing letters are issued by the CMO.
• Analyze transcripts to determine eligibility for various positions.
• Act as a hands-on manager completing day to day credentialing activities using strong analytical skills.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Health and Human Services, Behavioral Science, or a related field. A Master’s Degree with two years of experience and two years of supervisory experience can substitute.

Required Experience

Four years of credentialing experience in a human services agency, community center, healthcare facility, academic, or research setting.

Licenses / Certifications

Valid Texas Driver’s License; CPMSM – NAMMS certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire.

Compensation

Job Type : Temp-to-hire

Pay : $70,000 -$80,000 annually

Expected hours : 40 per week

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
