One of our most prestigous mental health care clients is seeking a Financial Analyst to work with the departments that report to the Chief Financial Officer including but not limited to Accounting, Budget, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Patient Financial Services and collaborates with the clinical divisions : Behavioral Health, Disability Services, and Child and Family Services.

Anticipated Conversion salary : Around $60k depending on experience.
This is an in-person position.
Work onsite location : 3840 Hulen St., Fort Worth, TX.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

The position works with the departments that report to the Chief Financial Officer including but not limited to Accounting, Budget, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Patient Financial Services and collaborates with the clinical divisions : Behavioral Health, Disability Services, and Child and Family Services. This position is charged with analyzing and strengthening document process flows; testing and enhancing applications; and analysis and reporting of financial performance to advise financial strategy for both the Finance Department and the Agency.
Essential FunctionsAnalyze, gather, and document business and / or technical requirements.Document the current process or data flows and provide recommendations / create documentation for a future process flow.Assist in the modification, enhancement, and testing of existing applications and processes.Assist in the implementation of new financial systems, which may replace or augment the current application set.Assist in providing analysis, reporting, tracking, and resolution of problems relating to financial systems.Provide regular updates of tasks and projects.Participate in the development of software applications.Provide regular reports on financial status of projects.Complete work for departments as needed to meet financial deadlines, including month end close, cost reporting, and budget.Attend monthly expense and revenue meeting as requested.Maintain and monitor performance of agency’s financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Serve as backup to MAC Coordinator for Medicaid Administrative Claiming activities.Performance standards are performed as applicable with We CARE values “We C onnect People in Our Community.
