We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our client's team on a hybrid basis in Manassas, VA to manage, automate, and maintain tools within the Atlassian ecosystem. This role requires expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, custom fields, and automation rules within Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
- Provide support to teams by documenting requirements, troubleshooting issues, and delivering agreed solutions.
- Use Groovy scripting (Scriptrunner) to automate service requests and business processes.
- Manage Bitbucket source code repositories and perform basic RedHat / Linux administration.
- Assist with migrations from on-prem to SaaS cloud environments.
