We are actively recruiting for a new Marketing & Business Development Specialist for one of DC's strongest and most reputable law firms.
This position is open due to a promotion, is a part of a global team, and supports the busiest and most stable practice group that focuses on regulatory matters within a beautiful DC office.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with lawyers in assigned practices (energy, international trade, public policy, environmental) to execute business development plans, initiatives and activities.
- Creating, customizing, and regularly updating pitch documents, directory submissions and other marketing content to ensure they are professionally written and positioned appropriately towards specific target audiences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are critical to success as are collegial, collaborative and team player attributes.
- Candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on juggling numerous high visibility projects on fast timetables and can handle high-pressure environments.
- Candidate should have strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field.
Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $95k - $115k plus a generous signing bonus and room for growth.
