We are seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various video projects, including walk-through videos, social media content creation, and brand marketing videos. The role will involve close collaboration with agents, new construction community managers, and other team members to ensure the timely and professional delivery of high-quality video content. Key Responsibilities:
Resale:
- Collaborate with agents to produce walk-through videos of listed homes.
- Evaluate upcoming listings weekly and coordinate walk-through video requests with listing agents.
- Schedule pending and closing photos with agents and Transaction Coordinators (TCs).
- Confirm photo requests with agents upon closing appointments.
- Provide closing photos to Digital Media Specialist for MBG marketing and agents for personal use.
- Assist in video production for personalized agent videos for their listings
New Construction:
- Stay updated on new construction projects in all active new construction communities.
- Create weekly social media content for designated neighborhoods and builders.
- Collaborate with New Construction Community Managers for content creation, community visits, and progress updates.
- Visit each new construction community monthly to gather content and updated footage.
- Schedule walk-through videos for each completed/staged home.
- Assist in video production for builder, agent, client, community, lifestyle, and amenities videos.
MBG Brand Marketing:
- Assist in video production for interviews and promotional videos.
- Develop content highlighting various areas of our community, community volunteering, and company culture.
- Assist agents with personal branding videos.
Equipment Management:
- Maintain all video production equipment
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with agents, clients, and staff when scheduling assignments.
Deliveries:
- Manage scheduled deliveries, including flyer distribution and subdivision signage.
- Your own transportation is required. Mileage is compensated.
Media Library:
- Keep media drive updated and organized for easy access to video assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in video production and coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Real Estate experience preferred.
- Drone flying skills with a drone certification and license.

Pay: $21.55 - $26.34 per hour
