This role is designed to support one or more brands/sub-brands in the Mark Anthony Ventures portfolio for the US Business. The Sr. Associate Manager of brand Commercialization will be responsible for assisting in the marketing strategy, deployment, and commercial management of NTW and expansion Brands in the US.

Accountabilities
- Support Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
- Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
- Facilitate the Innovation implementation and volume planning
- Support SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
- Coordinate the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable
- ROI on Brand Plans
- Brand Growth & Health
- Volume & Sales
- Innovation Metrics (i.e., Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, & SKU Optimization)
- Own deployment of Local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery
- Influence Innovation, Brand strategy, planning & asset delivery
- Veto US cross-functional brand commercialization outputs (i.e., shopper experiential, social, etc.)

- Global & US Brand Marketing, Digital Center of Excellence. Global Innovation Team.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED & EXPERIENCE GAINED
- Bachelor’s Degree & 4-6 years of prior marketing experience, Alc/Bev or CPG preferred
- Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
