What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at The Milbrook Club?
Our new Executive Chef is seeking an experienced culinarian, with a positive attitude and willingness to work varied shifts as needed. We are open for lunch and dinner Wednesday – Sunday during the summer and Thursday – Sunday during the winter. Day and evening shifts are available, must be willing to work weekends and some holidays. You will focus on the grill station, private parties, banquets, production cookery and plate up. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well with an experienced team. We promote a fun atmosphere at work but conduct our business in a professional atmosphere indicative of our members.
Salary : $19 - $26
