Position : Teacher Assistant- Stacy Middle School Bridges Program Location : Stacy Middle School Schedule : 2024-2025 School Year - Hours 7 : 45 - 2 : 15 Salary : $17.21 - $22.58 per hour based on experience & certification To Start : March 2025 Qualifications :
- Associate degree or at least 2 years at an institution of higher education
- Special Needs Middle School experience preferred
- Experience as a teaching assistant in Special Education environment, preferably with students with social-emotional disabilities
- CPI training preferred
- Team player, flexible Duties :
- Assist and support students in specialized program for students returning from extended absences and for students with social-emotional disabilities
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of educators
- Ability to modify curriculum
- Work collaboratively with others in the classroom
- Must attend and participate in early release day activities
Salary : $17 - $23
