Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience while promoting our products and services.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BE CONSIDERED!
