Job Description: As a Weekend Administrator at The Mill Lakeside Manor, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring that our weddings run smoothly. You’ll assist with administrative duties, event coordination, and work closely with our Sales team. This is the perfect entry-level position for someone looking to break into the event industry, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a quick learner, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is a must!
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting the Sales and operating team with various administrative tasks.
- Assisting the Marketing & Advertising Department as needed
- Performing basic office duties including typing, data entry, and internet research.
- Event planning skills are a plus – assisting with décor setups, event coordination, and guest interactions as needed.
- Helping with the setup and breakdown of wedding décor and event logistics.

- Exceptional people skills with both clients and employees.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior event planning or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available most weekends (Saturday 9:30am – 5:00pm, Sunday 9:30am – 5:00pm).
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
