**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and contributing to the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. **Duties:** - Welcome guests and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience - Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies - Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are strictly followed - Provide attentive and knowledgeable guest services, including answering questions about menu items and making recommendations - Upsell and promote special menu items, wine, and cocktails - Work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth and efficient service - Manage tables and seating areas according to restaurant protocols - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of sales and revenue through effective guest services and upselling - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Skills:** - Strong knowledge of fine dining and food service industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment - Experience with food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices - Proficiency in providing exceptional guest services - Sales and upselling experience - Familiarity with food and beverage operations in a nightclub or similar setting - Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables simultaneously - Basic math skills and cash handling experience - Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Food service certification or equivalent experience - Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
