```Duties```
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Process customer payments and operate cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current drink specials, promotions, and menu items
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to handle food and beverages safely
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Willingness to help out with other duties as needed in the restaurant
