Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail and restaurant environment. This individual should be open to getting a food handlers license and take barista classes.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Drive retail and wireless sales through effective leadership
- Open and close when Manager is gone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop a diverse team
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
