Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including kitchen equipment and beverage station.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
