This customer service-focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of TMG's Printing Services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will take orders, coordinate TMG activities, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate TMG printing products and services. The Print Coordinator will be able to operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. The Print Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of the onsite print work to an off-site environment and act as Project Manager. They will also be responsible for providing training to BMS staff, as well as generating additional work to be sent to the off-site facility.

- Serve as project Manager for the delivery of print work electronically to an off-site facility.
- Acts as the main point of contact on assigned projects
- Responsible for the roll out of Page DNA - electronic job submission tool.
- Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing printing functions
- Assists in the training of team members
- Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and can recommend appropriate products and services
- Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
- Sets up and operates printing, binding, and other related equipment if required
- Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
- Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
- Processes financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS)
- Cleans, repairs, and stocks all printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability
- Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
- Follows TMG's standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service and security policies and procedures
- Able to operate with minimal supervision
- Develop training program for Client staff on utilizing Page DNA tool.
- Act as liason between VIP and Client
- Operate copy equipment as needed.
- Complete finishing work as needed.
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner and delivered on schedule.
- Create and provide reporting on a regularly scheduled basis to include billing.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Page DNA and update system as needed
- Establishes and maintains rapport with associates, customers, and vendors.
- Initiates requests for customer quotations and purchase orders.
- Prepares print production schedules, print specifications, and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval.
- Manages and analyzes budget to identify potential cost savings per project.
- Responsible for monthly billing to customer
- All other duties as needed or required
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2-5 years Mail/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
- 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle mail or hand cart
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
