Responsibilities:
- Process Daily Incoming Mail ( USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and delivery to intended recipient.
- Process Daily Outgoing Mail ( FedEx, UPS, etc.) meeting all required deadlines.
- Ability to utilize established mail tracking software for both Incoming and Outgoing Processing of Mail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
- Computer skills: Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and use Microsoft Teams for customer communication.
- Must be able to work at multiple site locations if needed within the Scranton, Pa. area.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Must have valid driver license.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
