Office Services Associate (Floater)

The Office Services Associate- Floater performs office serivce functions to include mail receipt and delivery, shipping and receiving, print, copy, finishing and other office services and facility related functions as directed by the manager. Provide coverage at multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Customer Service area is always staffed and functional
• Must have good working knowledge of computer basics (Strong Excel usage)
• Perform work in a backup capacity to all staff functions
• Provide problem resolution
• May deal with difficult or irate customer periodically
• Ensures equipment is in good working order, equipment maintenance
• Interfaces with the client contact when required
• Keeps manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems
• Able to set priorities
• Cover locations in the Nashville, TN and Franklin, TN.
• Travel when needed based on coverage and needs.
• Must have mail operations and shipping and receiving experience.
• Knowledge of excel and reporting.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Must have valid driver license
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
