Perform various office services and mail duties for our client based in Stamford, CT. The Office Services Coordinator's role is to ensure that colleagues and clients are accommodated professionally, courteously, and promptly with their requests.

Responsibilities:

You will be under the supervision of the local Assistant Site Manager and you will be responsible for the duties listed below:

  • Acts as a liaison between Office Services vendors for Office Manager
  • Assists end users with office moves, supply ordering, and occasional catering orders
  • Work with the Office Manager on keeping the floor plan updated monthly or as needed
  • Makes sure the catering is delivered on time, to the correct room, in its entirety
  • Maintains an excellent rapport with all EAs.
  • Must be a dedicated team-first employee who works well with others.
  • Responsible for maintaining 2nd-floor cleanliness, including carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and paint touch-ups.
  • Perform daily walk-throughs of the facility to ensure the office functions correctly.
  • Upon request, work with executives and administrative representatives, assisting with event planning, various projects, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with Office Services regarding meeting requirements (i.e., catering, equipment, video conferencing.

Qualifications:

•Must have an HS diploma or GED.
• Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
• Write and speak fluent English.
• Possess general computer knowledge (data entry).
• 1-2 years of prior office services-related experience.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
• Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
• Ability to work as a member of a team with other departments.
