ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Premier Service Coordinator is to provide support to the Premier team by managing all incoming work and to deliver superior client service to internal and external partners that manage Premier clients; positively impacting overall client experience.
As a key contributor to the success of the department the candidates filling the role will be responsible for triaging all incoming work timely and accurately.

- Strong PC knowledge and able to work in excel and an aptitude to learn specific technology

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years data entry experience preferred
- Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Software required, specifically excel
- Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills
- Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred
- Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
- Must be able to pass criminal background
- Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
