Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support student development.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support.
- Engage in curriculum development that incorporates Montessori principles and encourages hands-on learning.
- Foster a love for learning through creative teaching methods, including tutoring when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings is essential.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
