Job Title: Server
Location: New Granite Bay location
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: Minimum Wage Tips
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with menu choices and make recommendations
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold The Mimosa House’s standards for service and hospitality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (but not required – we will train the right candidate!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Must be available to work mornings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
