Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance, and be able to work independently to ensure our grounds are well-maintained.
Duties:
- Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and pruning to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
- Maintain the overall health and appearance of our gardens and grounds through regular watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to maintain the grounds and ensure the safety of all visitors.
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance, including pruning, trimming, and removing weeds and debris.
- Ensure that all irrigation systems are functioning properly and make any necessary repairs.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of our outdoor spaces, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Work with other members of the groundskeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of garden maintenance, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with irrigation systems and ability to troubleshoot any issues.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
