We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines CSR to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for rating, marketing, and remarketing commercial accounts. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. EPIC experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Rate, market, and remarket commercial insurance accounts ($5,000 - $30,000 premium).
Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships effectively.
Address client inquiries and policy-related needs promptly.
Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure seamless service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in EPIC.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines CSR.
Active Property Casualty (PC) license required.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC is mandatory.
Strong rating and marketing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Generalist experience is preferred; condo association experience is a plus.
Compensation Benefits:
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 ( for highly experienced candidates).

Holidays: 9-10 paid holidays per year.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Fairfield, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote after initial 30-day in-office onboarding)
