Job Overview:
The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to led their team to excellence. The Front Desk Manager is responsible for managing front desk guest service operations while supporting the management team in providing overall leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and operational efficiency across all departments. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations
- Concierge Services, Bell/Valet operations
- PBX operations
- Management and scheduling for Front Office Team
- Accountability for rooms revenue expenses, overtime, cash handling, daily payroll reports, overall guest service and satisfaction, exhibit “4” Star service standards
- Develop and maintain training for Office Team
- Practice and set example for hospitability for Hotel
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-year college degree required or 3-4 years hotel management experience
- 2-3 years front desk managerial experience in a luxury/high end property.
- Adaptable experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems essential, standard Microsoft Office tools essential, knowledge of database system development preferred.
- Computer literate. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred*
