Job Overview
The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa is a AAA Four Diamond hotel destination in Riverside, CA, who is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team! The beautiful and iconic Mission Inn in Riverside is seeking a General Manager for this very busy and highly rated destination resort. This amazing resort is a destination property and will require a highly experienced luxury background.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping,
maintenance, and food service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and
cleanliness
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
