As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various financial and accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for growth and development.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions, including vendor payables
- Record daily bank activity and prepare daily deposit
- Process carrier commission payments
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete financial records
- Compile and audit financial data
- Prepare invoices for clients and follow-up on outstanding receivables
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exhibits strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
