Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train a team of stewards in their daily tasks
- Oversee dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
