The Opportunity:
Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales hunter ready to build a winning team? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and establish a high-performing sales force. In this exciting "Hunting License" role, you'll focus on identifying, prospecting, and closing new fleet wash accounts. Once you secure the deal, our dedicated Account Management team takes over to ensure exceptional service and long-term customer satisfaction. This is a chance to lead, build, and earn top dollar!
What You'll Do:
- Hunt & Close: Generate leads, conduct on-site assessments, create persuasive proposals, and CLOSE DEALS to achieve aggressive new business targets.
- Build a Sales Machine: Develop and document our entire sales process, build training materials, implement a CRM, and assist in recruiting future team members.
- Become a Market Expert: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
- Drive Results: Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's explosive growth.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years of proven sales experience in a related industry (fleet services, transportation, B2B sales).
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing new business.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience developing and implementing sales processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: A "can-do" attitude and a desire to build something great!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped Monthly Bonus Potential:
- Based on monthly revenue generated from the account:
- Monthly Revenue: $1,000 - $2,000: 5% Bonus
- Monthly Revenue: $2,001 - $4,000: 7.5% Bonus
- Monthly Revenue: $4,001 : 10% Bonus
