Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of craft and mocktail beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work collaboratively with our event staff and maintain a clean and organized bar area will be essential to your success in this role. This role is for our mobile bartending services where we provide bar, supplies, for private events. Typical bar menu consists of a set event menu with wine and beer, and 2-3 craft signature cocktails.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal guidelines regarding alcohol service.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure timely delivery of drink orders to guests seated.
- Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the private event industry and willingness to learn about new products and techniques related to bartending.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations.
