Summary of Job Description:
Incumbent monitors daily casino gaming operations to protect assets and performs various inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all requirements of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission Standards of Operation and Management (SOM), National Indian Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards (NIGC/MICS), State of Connecticut/Mohegan Tribe Gaming Compact and MTGC’s and Mohegan Sun’s departmental Policies and Procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written report writing skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, keyboarding, and Word
- Ability to read and interpret written policies and guidelines
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
~AND~
- Bachelor’s Degree
~OR~
- Associate degree plus two (2) years’ work experience in a procedure-driven field requiring the use of analytical skills: gaming (such as surveillance, slots, table games, security), business or office administration (such as accounting, finance, compliance), quality control, or military or law enforcement
~OR~
- High School Diploma or GED plus five (5) years’ work experience in a procedure-driven field requiring the use of analytical skills: gaming (such as surveillance, slots, table games, security), business or office administration (such as accounting, finance, compliance), quality control, or military or law enforcement
~AND~
- No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude or issues of integrity
