Handyman

The Mohicans Treehouse Resort and Wedding Venue in Glenmont is seeking a reliable part-time handyman to join our team and be a part of our unique award-winning resort. The candidate will provide various handyman services, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills while working in a fast-paced, public environment.

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· A valid driver's license is required.

· Previous experience in general handyman work is preferred.

· Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors.

· Candidates may be subject to a background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

· A drug screening may be required, as permissible by law.

Responsibilities:

· Perform repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

· Complete repairs promptly in a public environment.

· Interact professionally with guests and co-workers.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Position Details:

· This is a part-time, seasonal position.

· Shifts are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

· Weekend availability is required, with occasional weekday shifts.
