Our Customer is seeking an Activation Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid in Knoxville, TN or New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, develop timelines, and manage post-sale execution for large scale custom integrations and advertising campaigns
- Facilitate post-sale communication with all campaign stakeholders serving as the central point of contact after large scale deals are closed
- Serve as the primary stakeholder and project manager for custom sweepstakes/contests
- Collaborate with marketing development team and brand editorial teams to develop sponsor content integration strategies
- Manage risk associated with timelines, sweepstakes/contests, and convergent elements
- Provide leadership to coordinators and specialists via hands-on instruction and conflict resolution
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
- Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system
- Generate project reporting as directed by management
- BA/BS degree or higher
- 3-10 years of experience in project management, account management, or video production
- Sharp understanding of all digital platforms (web, video, mobile, social)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; prefer some experience with Photoshop, web development platforms, and web content management systems
- Social media management interest (a plus)
- Graphic design interest (a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Extensive experience in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing
- Experience managing entry level employees
- Proven track record of successful advertising
