Our Customer is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (4 days onsite 1 day remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
The ideal candidate has some event, catering, or service industry experience. Being an admin is about crafting and executing well thought out user experiences, and requires planning and critical thinking skills to solve problems. This role requires the individual to work independently in a fast paced environment with very little margin for error.

Responsibilities
- Large scale asset management, inventory management, procurement, planning, shipping, and distribution
- Event planning / support (Equipment setup, logistics, customer interactions, problem resolution)
- Customer success (Design and own the customer journey, allocate tools, resources, and engage daily with EEP team members needing support.)
- Communicate with key partners, including Facilities, global shipping & receiving, external catering / event vendors, Exec. Admin team globally.

- Experience working in service industry or large customer base
