The Mom Project is partnering with a top multinational tech company to fill a contract Administrative Business Partner III role.

Locations/Schedule
- San Bruno, CA
- Hybrid Schedule Tues - Thurs on site, remote on Mon and Fri
- This tole will be both internal and/or external facing and highly cross functional, working with the most senior teams, leaders and their ABP/EBPs
- Core Responsibilities include:
- Proactively schedule cross-functional meetings, workshops, and presentations, coordinating availability across various teams and time zones.
- Optimize meeting schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity, taking into account travel time, preparation needs, and executive availability.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts swiftly and effectively, considering the priorities of multiple stakeholders involved in each of the processes.
- Respond promptly to time-sensitive scheduling requests from executives and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed trackers and coordinate effectively with cross functional teams
- Submitting expense reports and approving expense reports; managing budgets
- End to end event organization and planning; management and coordination with potential on site support
- Global travel arrangements including visas and booking rooms in other offices
- Beyond the core responsibilities, these roles will also manage coordination for a few central programs
- There is an expectation that the executives they will be working with will change, therefore flexibility and adaptability is crucial
- Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals)
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Lead projects/programs to improve efficiency with the Corporate Administrative team.
- 5 years of experience providing high-quality professional administrative support to multiple executives within a fast-paced team environment in the tech industry
- Experience with Project Management, Operations, and/or Event Management
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; handle multiple concurrent stakeholders and priorities.
- A desire to jump in and be a team player
- BA degree preferred.
