Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on KARL STORZ products.
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of relevant experience in SPD, surgical technology, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college or technical degree preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn medical terminology and product knowledge.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications/Credentials preferred (CST, CRCST, CBME, CBMT, RN, CBET).
- Familiarity with endoscopic devices and procedures.
- Understanding of infection control practices and techniques.
