We are seeking a Billing Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Canton, MA.

We are seeking a Billing Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Canton, MA.
Responsibilities
- Process customer sales, invoices, and shipments/pickups
- Review sales tax rate for appropriateness
- Process freight billings to customers
- Administrative duties such as scanning and telephone support
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Strong 10-key / data entry proficiency
- 1 year Microsoft Outlook experience
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate reading comprehension and ability to follow directions
- Exhibit literacy in drafting correspondence and other forms of written communication
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate knowledge in performance of basic- to intermediate-level commands in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow
- Strong 10-key and/or Alpha-Numeric data entry skills which includes both speed and accuracy
- Proven track record in the customer service arena
- Strong communication skills; both oral and written
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability and willingness to vary hours and work overtime as necessitated by business needs
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
