We are seeking a contract Customer Service Representative to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote for candidates located within 1 hour of in Urbandale, IA or Franklin, MA.
Training & work will be remote. Candidates need to have a quiet/professional space to take calls and work with minimal distractions. While this is work from home, breaks are scheduled and the candidates will be expected to be present and online when working for the full shift outside of scheduled break times.
This is a call center role.

Training & Shift Information
- 3/10 thru 3/21– Training (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)
- 3/24 thru 4/4 – Nesting (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)
- 4/7 – Move to their regular schedules which at this point will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST. There is a chance we may need to make some adjustments to schedules based on client needs (earliest might be 7:50 am and latest 6 pm CST)
