We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of interval data to identify and resolve scheduling-related issues. They will collaborate with capacity planning and real-time operations to ensure optimal scheduling practices and efficient resource allocation. The Scheduling Analyst will also play a key role in developing strategies to prevent reoccurrences of scheduling problems. This is a hybrid role in the San Diego, CA office. Will consider Tucson, AZ and Atlanta, GA candidates.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex scheduling data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling processes and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future scheduling issues.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changing business needs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of scheduling tools and systems.
- BA/BS preferred
- Proven experience as a Scheduling Analyst or similar WFM role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with Python programming is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with JIRA
