We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department or another group in an organization.
- Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.
- Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.
- Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.
- Very proactive, constantly looking ahead at things and would like a partner who is looking as far if not further ahead.
- Someone who is a quick learner, can pick up priorities quickly and then proactively adjust things without needing to be asked.
- Strong accountability - someone who doesn’t let things slip through the cracks
- Strong communication and willingness to express their POV.
- Ability to manage complex projects over time.
- Someone who is patient and calm - the business can feel unstructured and chaotic, and needs to be able to pivot without getting flustered.
- Some exposure to data, AI, etc. is helpful but not necessary.
- Willingness to help in develop this role, as well as help this person think through and develop their career, both within and outside EABP
- Good at proactive documentation and document management. Common platforms used are the Google Cloud suite and Figma (nice to have but not necessary)
