Duties/Responsibilities
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting and on-board processes
- Ability to maintain and manage confidential information
- Administrative Office Support Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily office tasks scheduling and administrative duties proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate with contractors to facilitate routine facility maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail when handling correspondence, managing records and tracking office supplies
- Coordinating events and/or providing support where needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively support Executives, Operations Directors, Managers and Employees
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across various departments and locations
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering a positive work environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Discretion when dealing with personnel issues and company matters
- Strong initiative to take ownership of tasks and resolve issues independently when needed
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Strong understanding of office technology including printers and other administrative tools
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to ensure smooth execution and administrative tasks

- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
