We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup in Mountain View, CA.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
- Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
- Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
- May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Has full authority for personnel actions.
- MBA preferred
- 5 years of pricing strategy or pricing-related experience, with SaaS or enterprise products preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and lead a cross-functional team to deliver strong results.
- Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data and customer research to drive business decisions
- Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to manage milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative and growth mindset, ability to lead the organization to learn fast, and embrace ambiguity.
- Ability to simplify and distill complex information to most critical elements that enables leadership to make decisions effectively and efficiently.
- Effective communicator at all levels in the organization, including high-level executives, with familiarity across multiple formats (e.g. whitepapers, powerpoints, spreadsheets, etc).
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
